Order Processing Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected in cash upon receipt of your order.

Delivery We currently ship within Lebanon only. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details if available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at toyzmondo@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
